Welcome to TrustDocs, your partner for certified notary documentation services. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing any request.

2. Certified Notary Documentation Services

TrustDocs offers professional notarization, document certification and related consultation. Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. You are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents prior to your appointment.

3. Info Products

We provide digital guides, templates and instructional materials related to notary procedures. Access is granted upon successful order confirmation. Digital materials are delivered via download links.

4. Goods

TrustDocs may offer physical items such as embossed seals, certificate holders and custom signage. All goods are subject to availability and will be shipped to the address you provide.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel or reschedule a notary appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be processed. Requests must be submitted via our form at contact.php. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Rescheduling may be possible subject to slot availability.

5.2 Info Products

Digital guides and templates may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, contact us via contact.php. Once access is granted or the file has been downloaded, no credit will be granted.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned for credit within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Please ship items back in original packaging to our address. We will inspect and, if approved, issue credit to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited or after-hours notarization appointments are non-refundable due to staffing arrangements and third-party costs. This will be clearly indicated at booking. No credit or rescheduling will be available for these premium slots.

6. Modifications to Terms

TrustDocs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrustDocs provides services and materials “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or legal compliance of your documents after notarization. In no event will TrustDocs be liable for indirect or consequential issues arising from use of our services.
